Apply a variety of conveying system and connect to 6-dimensional robotic arms for transporting rotors between workstations.

This system covers from automatic input of materials to automatic collect of finished product, in order to achieve automatic and unmanned production line. To effectively and promptly control quality requirements and achieve the production goals of automated manufacturing and quality control, we use CCD visual recognition system, automatic height and force detection system, and rotor characteristic comprehensive testing system.

This automatic system connects to silicon steel plate automatic feeder, height detector, shaft embossing, shaft assembly, commutator assembly, insulation paper inserting, winding, fusing, armature testing, commutator slot cutting and balancing equipment to achieve full rotor automatic production.
