◾Applicable for all types of rotary coil automatic winding.

◾We use multiple AC servo motor to control. Max. 16 axes winding at the same time and capable of auto clamping function.

◾According to product demand, this equipment can be connected to the following module:

1. Auto fine thread twisting module

2. Auto copper wire coating remove and dust collect module.

3. Auto labelling on finish product module

4. Thread head and end auto cutting module

◾ Modular molding design can be rapidly position and high repetition accuracy and result in reducing tooling changing time tremendously.

◾ Tension system is adopting high sensitive servo tension controller. It can produce several tension controls when winding which optimize tension adjustment performance in each winding operation stage.

◾The control system adopts Japanese PLC with touch screen interface which can display various operation information and monitoring operation in real time.

◾TMW-WB001 can be connected with a robotic arm and a conveyor belt to achieve fully automatic production line.
