1. Operation Ineterface:
Adopt with digitalize interface design. According to equipped tool holder and function setting, forwarder/reverse turning direction can be selected freely. Vertical and horizontal feed and tool holder function setting which can save up to 100 sets of parameters, allowing user to access various parameters more quickly when changing models which greatly reducing the required time for model replacement.
2. Cutting Unit:
The cutting unit adopts servo system and equips with high-rigidity linear slide design to achieve stable cutting. Cutting depth adjustment and other relevant cutting positioning points setup can be quickly completed through digital parameter setting. The unit can be equipped with double-tool turning and commutator rough and fine machining in segment turning operation which greatly improve the turning accuracy and the control of roughness on surface of the finished product.
3. Rapid fixture changes:
User can rapidly change fixture and reduce model change time with sophisticated top center and fixture design. Special contact angle can keep in high cutting accuracy when armature rotates in clockwise or anti-clockwise. During cutting, the transmission contact surfaces can spray on oil lubrication can greatly reduce wear out between armature spindle and fixture which protect the armature spindle and prolong fixture’s life cycle.
4. Horizontal servo press arm transmission system:
Adopts with horizontal servo motor pulley transmission turning and controlled by digital suppression which provides stable cutting speed and ensure that the armature and fixture are contact closely and then protect armature turning and prolong fixture’s life cycle.
5. Versatile specification machine:
Rotor cleaning mechanism can be added separately, or arrange accordingly to customer’s requirements. The power output unit are available in oil pressure output, air pressure output, air-oil pressure conversion output, servo motor with ball screw feed power output and other machines for customer to choose from. In this product series, we have commutator outer diameter turning machine, silicon steel plate outer diameter turning and armature cleaning 3 in 1 mechanism. Connect with robotic arm and conveyor belt to achieve unmanned automatic production line.
